Murcar Links Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Golf Operations Lead to join our team during an exciting period of development.Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with our PGA Professionals, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of golf operations, including competitions, visitor golf, corporate events and member engagement, while helping shape the future of one of Scotland’s most respected links clubs.

 We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in golf club operations, golf club administration or sports business management
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and event management abilities
• Knowledge of golf competition management systems and golf operations
• A passion for delivering outstanding golfing experiences
